Hum Dekhenge is a powerful stage production inspired by the life and ideology of Bhagat Singh and his comrades Sukhdev Thapar and Shivaram Rajguru members of the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. The play revisits their dream of a socialist republic during a time when India was under British imperial rule, exploring not just their martyrdom but their minds, contradictions, friendships, and fierce sense of purpose.

Developed through extensive research including visits to the Bhagat Singh Archives in Delhi, immersive documentation in Punjab villages, and in-depth study of historical texts—the production seeks to humanize figures often confined to textbook heroism. It presents them not as distant icons, but as brave, thinking, emotionally complex young individuals who dared to imagine a different India.

From creating the visual identity and promotional material to shaping the aesthetic tone of the production, my goal was to ensure that the design echoed the revolutionary spirit raw, bold, and thought-provoking.
